TELCOMA Global / Time in Status + SLA / Support
Supported by the people who built it.
One address, one promise: a reply within one business day, and within four business hours if the app has stopped working on your account.
What to include
Four things, and we can usually answer from them alone.
- Your monday account slug — for example yourcompany.monday.com
- The board and the automation recipe you set up
- What you expected and what you saw, with the item if you can name one
- Roughly when it happened, so we can find it in the app's logs
We never need your password or a monday API token. If anyone claiming to represent us asks for one, it isn't us.

Known limits
Known limits
History is rebuilt from the board activity log, which monday keeps for a period set by your plan. Anything older than that window cannot be recovered by any app.
Durations include nights and weekends. Business-hours calendars are the most requested addition and are on the roadmap.
Stuck-item triggers are scanned every few minutes, so a trigger fires within minutes of its threshold rather than at the exact second.
The app has no automation of its own. If a recipe is off, or the board it watched was deleted, nothing is recorded for that period.
Service status
The app runs on monday code. If monday.com is degraded, the app is affected — see status.monday.com.
Feature requests
Business-hours calendars, more column types, richer summaries. Requests that come with the reason behind them get built first.
Privacy
Exactly what is stored and when it is deleted: the privacy policy.
